Ogden Jam Sessions?
We are looking for a place to jam in Ogden
with the recent concerts that have been
scheduled (see EVENTS page) Email if you
would like to see a jam session in Ogden or
if you know of a place to hold a jam session.
What to Expect at a Jam Session?
At jam sessions we play songs, talk about ukulele performers that we like and just share our enthusiasm for the best four stringed instrument on the planet.
We play a variety of songs including Hawaiian, jazz, rock & roll, country, folk, bluegrass, current popular songs, and Tin-Pan Alley.
If you have a song you want to learn or try out on the group that's great! Bring a few copies of the song. There is always time for those who want to perform a song.
Ukulele players of all skill levels and ages are welcome (children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult). If you are just getting started a jam session is a great place to learn. If you don't have a ukulele, don't worry, we usually have extras.
